International Shipping

If having an order shipped to a destination outside of New Zealand, please research the import conditions pertaining to that country. Import charges may be incurred for certain items. Charges are subject to change and vary between countries. You are responsible for any paying customs charges/import duties incurred at the destination country of your order.


Temporary suspension of orders to the USA

From 29 August 2025 (US Eastern Standard Time), all items sent from New Zealand to the United States will be subject to a 15% tariff. Consequently, our postal service has temporarily suspended parcel sending services to the US and US territories while necessary operational changes are made.

Some items may still be able to be shipped via express logistics services, so please contact us if you have any questions.
